The International Journal of Cell and Biomedical Science does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APCs) or submission fees. Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication will not incur any costs at any stage of the publication process. Upon completion of the peer-review process and acceptance of the manuscript, the editorial office will issue a Letter of Acceptance at no cost to the author. The manuscript will then proceed to the production stage, which includes layout formatting and proofreading by the author, before being published online.
